SHIPPING

South Africa

All national city and street destinations. Parcels will be sent free via courier to your door for any order above R300.

The parcel will be sent via courier and take between 2 – 5 days to be delivered, from the departing city, Cape Town South Africa.

Pick-up

Cape Town clients are welcome to collect their item from Tamboerskloof, at an arranged time or between 10am - 3pm.

International

Shipping cost R950.

Excl. custom fees.

Delivery will take 4-7 working days.

One or two items weighing no more than 1.5kg

For any other order exceeding the above or from a different region not specified. Please contact me directly for international shipping order quotation.

Once you have received your shipping quote and wish to proceed, an invoice including shipping will be generated via Paypal for your payment. The parcel once despatched and delivery time specified, depending on the distance from the departing city, Cape Town South Africa.

Please note we cannot calculate individual customs fees before departure.

 

Returns

For customers within South Africa, items can be returned to the return address below, unworn and in it’s original packaging. We require the parcel to be returned to us within 7 days, at your own expense. Once we have received it in the same unused condition and packaging it was sent in, we will refund you the amount less the original courier fee.

If you are returning the item due to a flaw in the production or fabric of the garment, we will pay for the item to be returned to us.
